I love getting to integrate my passion for customer service into my work on the Implementation Team. Working proactively to make our new customers experience with ComplyWith as excellent as possible.
Rosa was born, raised, educated and is now employed in Wellington. Nothing brings her more pride than her city on one of its rare ‘good days’.
The only conversation that gets Rosa more excited than one about Wellington’s virtues is talking about any hobby with the general classification of ‘something your grandma does’, including knitting which she is learning at the moment.
Before joining ComplyWith Rosa learnt valuable life and work skills in the hospitality sector and working as a Residential Supervisor at Columba College.
This broad range of experience - from facilitating a surprise wedding at a restaurant to waking up to ‘I’m a Barbie Girl’ blaring over some speakers, courtesy of a group of mischievous boarding students - means Rosa takes things most things that arise working for ComplyWith in her stride!
Rosa enjoys spending her spare time teaching herself crafty new skills. Next up is learning how to crochet!
