I love helping our customers feel confident about their legal compliance. Our onboarding process helps identify any gaps in responsibility and reporting, so by the end, our customers feel assured they’re on top of things.
Steph is a Wellingtonian who considers Dunedin her second home. She earned her Law and Psychology degrees from Otago University. Post-graduation, she honed her expertise as a trademark examiner at the Intellectual Property Office and later as a trademark attorney at a leading IP law firm.
As a Legal Consultant on our Customer Experience Team, Steph plays a pivotal role in helping our customer community. Her work involves understanding our customers' businesses and legal obligations, setting up tailored surveys, writing insightful reports, and assisting our fantastic customer Admins with their first survey.
Outside of work, Steph fully embraces Wellington's vibrant culture—she’s busy behind the scenes helping her local theatre company, and has taken up guitar and singing lessons. Maybe one day, we’ll see her take to the stage! Steph’s always ready to tell the office all about her latest book or showcase her leather crafting projects.
In her free time, Steph loves reading, music, and a bunch of arts and crafts.
