User Groups 2018 - Our best yet?
What was covered?
David Woodnorth gave presentations on recent enhancements to the ComplyWith tool and the roadmap for future work, including getting cracking with the new Admin module build.
David also delivered a sneak preview of several new product offerings from ComplyWith and a relaunch of ComplyWatch – more to come on these in the new year.
Our Delivery team presented on compliance trends they have observed in 2018 and shared some insights on how to get the best out of your ComplyWith.
Each User Group included open discussions on a range of issues. Some valuable ideas emerged from these, including ComplyWith providing more commentary and insights about emerging issues, compliance trends and legal risks.
Another common theme was ComplyWith providing more information about law changes and their possible impacts in a way that can be passed on to people in the business and audit and risk committees.
Attendees also said they’d benefit from hands-on workshops and refresher administrator training.
We’ll be working hard next year to deliver on these excellent ideas and suggestions.
